Godavari Svadh (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a food brand based in Atreyapuram, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. We sell authentic traditional Andhra sweets including Atreyapuram Pootharekulu, Kakinada Kaja, and other regional delicacies through our website godavarisvadh.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Orders

  • All products are made fresh and are subject to availability.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via Razorpay.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver Pan-India. Delivery timelines are typically 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery is free on all orders.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at godavarisvadh.support@gmail.com with a photo of the product.
  • Refunds for valid claims are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be logged and may affect future ordering ability.

6. Food Safety

All products are manufactured under FSSAI guidelines. Our FSSAI License number is available on product packaging. Customers with known allergies should review ingredient information carefully before ordering. Our products may contain nuts, dairy, and wheat.

7. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
